Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be taken through a step by step method of payment

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Switch and Solo cards. All prices are quoted in £ sterling and are inclusive of VAT
In making a purchase from Pestwarehouse Ltd you agree to our Terms and
Conditions of Sale. (Your statutory rights are not affected)

Shipping and Handling

Despatch
We aim to despatch all orders that are received by 2pm on the same day.

Orders received after 2pm will be despatched the following working day.

All orders received after 2pm on Friday and throughout the weekend will be despatched on the following working day. National Holidays in England should not be considered as working days.

Delivery
We aim to delivery within 24hrs (working days) to England, Wales and parts of Scotland  for £5.99 excluding the Highlands & Islands, postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, where delivery is within 72 hours (working days) and costs £14.85.

Delivery within 48 hours to Northern Island £9.51, Isle of Man, and Isles of Scilly costs £11.88

All deliveries will usually be made between 8am and 6pm and will require a signature.

Please note that for deliveries purposes Saturday does not constitute a working day, although in some areas parcels may be delivered on Saturday.

The Customer must inspect goods before signing the delivery note. If goods are damaged this has to be stated on the delivery note. If not no claim will be entertained by carrier.

All claims for shortages, damaged or wrongly supplied goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Should a product that is included within our kits become out of stock we shall replace the unavailable stock item with a suitable alternative product.

Cancellation
Pestwarehouse reserves the right to refuse any order or part of order or to  require further or better information to enable it to evaluate or process the order.

Pestwarehouse accepts no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from it inability to do so or its decision on reasonable grounds not to do so, provided it takes all reasonable steps to notify the customer within 14 days of order placement that products will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases Pestwarehouse will immediately refund any payments made in full. The consumer has the right to cancel their order within 7 working days which starts from the day after the day the customer receives the goods except where the goods are perishable. The customer will have to pay the cost of returning the goods. Pestwarehouse will refund the customers money within 30 days of reciept of returned goods
